In order for a site to be accepted into our network, it must initially meet certain basic eligibility requirements. Meeting the basic requirements does not guarantee acceptance into the ROI Matrix network, as sites are subject to additional evaluation criteria, including but not limited to site design, content quality, and current advertising objectives.

To be considered for representation, publisher's site must meet the following eligibility requirements:

Publisher's site MUST:

• Contain professional design.
• Be written entirely in English.
• Contain quality content.
• Have a clearly stated, active privacy policy.

Publisher's site CANNOT:

• Be under construction.
• Be hosted by a free service, provide free url redirection.
• Infringe on any copyrighted material.
• Promote, facilitate, or engage in any hacking, spamming, pirating or any illegal or legally questionable activities.
